Disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Gordian Boost is only providing a virtual service to the buyer; no goods or property are being sold to the buyer by Gordian Boost. Buyer wholly assumes all risks and agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Gordian Boost for any claims made by the unauthorized and others in relation to this transaction and the use of the unauthorized’s intellectual property. Gordian Boost cautions buyer to avoid violating or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the unauthorized.

Gordian Boost has the right to reject any order

The buyer is solely responsible for recording and safekeeping all the necessary information in case theft of an account ever does occur. This means that making slanderous remarks, or threatening in any way is prohibited at all times if there is a problem with your purchase. Gordian Boost takes care of it’s customers and will deal with the problem in an orderly fashion; the customer is advised to treat Gordian Boost the same way.

In order to purchase any services from our website, you must at least be 18 years old of age. However, if you are under 18, you may purchase our services with consent from a parent or guardian.

Refund Policy

We will refund 100% of the payment if we fail to complete the service. The complete or partial refund may also occur due to extremely long wait times that exceed what our catalogues or representatives stated. The refund will happen if for a fault from our side we will not be able to complete the service. The refund won’t happen if the customer won’t collaborate and respect the Terms of the Service, or if for example he doesn’t need the service anymore even if we have started the service or if it is about to start. We do not refund services that have alerady been finished and we cannot be held responsible for actions of others, such as Blizzard.
