Northern Sky – Manaforge Omega

Description

The Northern Sky Raid Tools Addon and Anchor Auras are REQUIRED for this WA to work.

If you are getting LUA errors after importing, you do not have everything required installed. (or you have it installed now but didn’t when you initially imported auras, in that case they only happen once)

Macro needed for any private aura stuff is automatically created by the addon, it is called NS PA Macro. It is NOT the same as last tier. The Anchors Auras are also NOT the same as last tier.
For all following notes it does not matter whether or not the player names are color-coded.

There is also a new aura in this pack that will alert you of your assigned positions ahead of time. This will happen when a MRT note is pushed to you(so before you pull). In case of no note being provided, some auras will automatically make an assignment and tell you about it on pull. There are a few custom options to change this behaviour so maybe check that out.

You can disable all Assignment Auras by putting nsdisable into a line in the generic note, or also in the personal note. Useful if you’re raiding in multiple guilds/groups and only some of them use this pack or if you only care about the generic auras in this pack.

You can more easily do all the notes for your raid using this: wowutils.

Loomi’thar – Infusion Pylon Assign

Assigns players to soak one of the Infusion Pylons. This is functionally the same as the Rik Weakaura from last tier. You can assign any number of players to a marker and those players will then see a list of everyone who is assigned to the same marker with how many stacks they have.
You can use whatever marker you want. The aura will not tell you to soak, it is simply an overview for everyone assigned to the same position as you.

Loomi’thar – Writhing Wave Assign

Assigns players to either soak odds or even numbered frontals in P2. If no note is provided it will split the raid in half and prefer Melee in 1st, Ranged in 2nd. Tanks do not need to be assigned in this. (but you can if you want to)

Soulbinder – Soulfire Convergence Position Assign

Assigns the 4 players with the 5-orb debuff to position 1-4. Debuffs go out with 1s delay from each other so assignment happens based on that rather than a priority system. What you wanna do with that number is up to you. If it works like on the ptr, one person can always solo break both adds. The position for this should be roughly the worldmarkers on this raidplan, 2options for each position in the room. Though one of them always spawns bad orbs for the raid so I suggest using the outer ones: https://i.imgur.com/ZnDxAME.png.
So for example you could say that the first person targeted should always go stand on the worldmarker.

Forgeweaver – Arcane Obliteration Assign

Assigns players to either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Arcane Obliteration. If no note is provided it will split the raid in thirds (ignoring tanks) with ranged being preferred on the early soaks and melee preferred on the later soaks. (In Heroic it splits into 2 groups) Tanks do not need to be assigned in this. (but you can if you want to)
If the Aura tells you “Doesn’t matter” it means you can soak or not soak, it makes no difference. This happens when you are already debuffed. There is no consequence to soaking another one but also no benefit.

Forgeweaver – Arcane Collector Assign

Assigns players to focus a certain Arcane Collector during the transition. You can use whatever mark you want for this. You have to either put down the corresponding world markers or/and manually mark the arcane collectors with the correct mark.
If no note is provided the aura will not assign anything. I assume that in farm people will just freestyle it.

Soul Hunters – Devourer’s Ire Dispel Request

Assigns a Healer to dispel someone with Devourer’s Ire when they press their Private Aura Macro. Functionally the same as Bandit last tier just that this only assigns when someone presses the macro rather than before. Aura will provide a default priority list for healers but you can provide your own with:

nsdispelstart
Riridruid Alevú Garonevoker Shirup Liebremonk
nsdispelend

Soul Hunters – The Hunt Assign

Assigns players to either soak the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hunt in each set. At the moment no reassigning happens if people get targeted by the mechanic themselves but in general if you get targeted by the 1st hunt you still have plenty of time to get into the 3rd soak for example (and you’re not getting a debuff from being targeted, only from soaking).
Targeted players will also be posting 1st/2nd/3rd in saychat depending on which hunt they got.
If no note is provided the aura will split the raid in thirds going from 1st to 3rd soak with the logic of tanks -> melee -> healer -> ranged.

Soul Hunters – Tether Assign

For the 1st, 2nd and 4th transition tether groups will be assigned to a world marker in the room to stand at. This should ensure better spread for the soak & fel rush mechanics.
World Markers used are: Star, Orange, Purple, Green, Moon, Blue, Red. In that order the assignment logic goes from tank -> melee -> healer -> ranged. (meaning you should use markers like moon/blue/red for ranged positions).
The position is determined by the average priority of each person from a tether pair. For example a melee + melee pair should get a higher priority than a melee + ranged pair.
You’ll also post the raidmarker in chat at the start of transition.

Fractillus – Wall Assigns

tl;dr: Put markers in the spot from the screenshot, do what the WA tells you, in normal/heroic put nsmarkerstart into your Note if you want it to behave exactly like mythic. Everything else note related is optional.

READ THIS PART FOR HEROIC&NORMAL ONLY To make it less complicated in lower difficulties, players will only be assigned to go left or right instead of a specific marker. Tanks will not be told where to drop their wall either. The only marker-specific thing you are getting is the safespot – green at the pull, changed to purple after 3 full rotations. If you want to use specific markers in normal&heroic put nsmarkerstart into your MRT note. This will tell the WA to use data for specific markers instead. I cannot gurantee you this to be the best possible strat atm nor do I know if timings have possibly changed since ptr.
END OF HEROIC/NORMAL SECTION
Assigns every single Wall Spawn & Wall Break to a specific marker. It will also, at all times, tell you where the current safespot is so you aren’t getting hit by any other walls. Tanks will also be told where their next frontal should go.
The default data will follow the most common strat. You can change where you want to spawn&break walls, though unless you are progressing this fight very early I do not recommend you to do this. If you are absolutely sure you want to do this, read the explanation here: advanced note explanation.
By default this Aura will play the sound of the worldmarker you need to go to. There are custom options available to change this to a number sound or Left/Right instead (or disable it entirely), whatever you prefer.
These are the markers you are expected to use: Wall Markers.
The assignment logic going from left to right goes like this: tanks – mobile melee – non-mobile ranged – non-mobile melee – mobile ranged The idea here is that mobile classes end up going further away from the safespot but you will still have a mix of melee&ranged on both sides to have better spread positions. You can overwrite this priority for both the wall-spawning and wall-breaking with a note like this, though you don’t really need to:

Nexus-King Salhadaar – Galactic Smash Assign

Assigns players to go to one of 6 markers after pressing their Private Aura Macro. Markers used are: Star, Orange, Purple, Green, Red, Square. Players will need to press their Private Aura Macro as soon as they get the debuff.
The tank should not need to press their Macro (although on live be ready for it anyway in case the ptr bug was not fixed) because they will always be targeted in the 2nd set of debuffs. 3 Ranges and 3 melee(one of them on tank) will get the debuff. Ranges will get assigned to Star, Orange, Purple. Melee to Green, Red, Square. You will have to put down worldmarkers yourself. The tank will always get Green.

There is also a map weakaura showing you ahead of time where each marker is, current positions are placeholder and probably very wrong. They will be changed once a kill strat is established.
You can overwrite the custom prio with a note like this (should not really be necessary)

Nexus King Salhadaar – Rally the Shadowguard Assign(Transition)

Assigns players to either go to the Left or Right side during the transition. They will get a reminder on screen 8 seconds before the transition. No automatic assign if no note is provided.
First line is assigned left, second line right.

Nexus King Salhadaar – Conquer Soak Assign

Assigns players to either soak odds or even numbered Conquer’s in P1. If no note is provided the aura will not assign anything. Likely it is pointless to use this aura because tanks will just choose which group to go first based on which tank gets conquer first but in case it’s needed it’s here. Tanks should not be included in the note.

Dimensius Antimatter Assign

Assigns players to either soak the Left or Right Antimatter Zone spawned by “Shattered Space”. First line goes left, second line goes right.
If you only provide 2 lines it will just repeat but you can also do more lines if you want to change who is soaking between each time of it happening. Just make sure you have an even amount of lines because otherwise it makes no sense.
If no note is provided half of the raid gets assigned left, the other half right with melee preferred left and ranged right. Healers might differ from that priority because they are still being assigned evenly between the 2 groups. Not sure if you actually need half the raid for it or not so auto assign might be changed in the future.
