Lightblinded Vanguard Mythic Down!

aka. Paladins. My stress at the end of the kill to survive the hits while the last boss was alive is visible and audible by the “keep spamming me keep spamming me”.
Murph had to go Discipline Priest for this and he actually nailed it! Well deserved trinket Murph! Unfortunately our main healers were not as lucky with that trinket.
To be honest, I still cannot understand how our healers managed to coordinate the positioning on the fly for the soaking groups on this fight.
Well, congrats and let’s see a small guide for this. (yes, it’s easier that you think, just some stressful healing intense moments and a DPS check)
For this encounter we used 2 tanks, 6 healers(!!!) and 12 DPS.
Composition Note:
Running 6 healers is a massive safety net for the healing-intensive mechanics on Mythic, but it heavily tightens the DPS check. Your 12 DPS players need to be absolutely min-maxing their damage, and your healers should contribute damage whenever possible during low-intensity windows. If you find your group hitting the enrage or failing to burn down shields in time, you may need to drop to 5 healers once your positioning is perfected.
Always drag the boss that is close to full energy to the edge of the platform and on the edge of the previous consecration that the last Ultimate Ability left on the ground. That will conserve some space for the team.
Tanking and Positioning
Maximizing Room Real Estate:
Because the permanent consecrations will slowly take over the platform, positioning needs to be pixel-perfect. Tanks must communicate early. As a boss approaches 95–98 energy, start pre-moving them toward the targeted edge. This prevents the boss from dropping a consecration prematurely in a chaotic location. Plant them exactly on the border of the existing fire/void lines to keep the center clear for the raid.
To make it easy for you, here’s a picture on how to position them.
The taunting works pretty much the same way it works on heroic difficulty. The tank who brings the bosses out for their ultimates is always the same and preferably a monk for the speed buff on the taunt.

Handling the Discs:
Here, there’s only one important thing that needs to be mentioned. When she does her Ulti, make sure to dodge the discs flying out. Getting hit by a disc as a healer, caster or tank, is a catastrophic mistake during this intense phase due to the silence effect.
Execution Sentence
Every time Venel moves out for his Ultimate, Execution Sentence will be cast on four of your healers. The positioning of your groups should be set the way you see in the picture below or in a similar pattern that will work for your group. Note here that there should be enough space between the four soaking groups and positioning should be sorted as soon as possible so the healers have time to plant their feet and pump the healing.
Having six healers, as we did, introduces the challenge of the healers switching to the right position/group for soaking instead of the healer who did not get the debuff in their group.
Senn
When Senn moves out for the Ultimate, she applies healing absorbs on the 5 closest players (Tyr’s Wrath). If you are not a class with a strong defensive, try to avoid standing too close.
Also Senn will cast Blinding Light every now and then, and when she does she will gain a shield (Sacred Shield) on her preventing any interrupting on her and damage income. This shield will have to be fully focused down so you can interrupt the Blinding Light.
One last note on this, when she is about to charge, try to bait her to the desired position and not out of the raid group, so you can maximize the DPS output.
In other words, group up when she is about to charge.
